Please join us at the Hosfelt Gallery to celebrate our collaboration with artist Tim Hawkinson on the Arion Press artist book edition of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. The party coincides with the gallery’s current exhibition, Between Them, composed of over 200 drawings spanning the 16th to the 21st centuries.
To create his illustrations, Hawkinson constructed a hypodermic needle fountain pen tool incorporating a plastic soda bottle containing India ink suspended from a pulley hanging from the ceiling of his studio. One such drawing will be on display as part of the show.
